ppl with fake smiles these days... you can pretty much look through them and look at the rain droplets behind them, as opposed to that smile

The [F#-E-D] while playing G makes it a Gmaj7 love that The chorus is pretty inovative & you guys got a really warm sound going the slide is awesome. Reminds me of The Stones 'No Expectations' but faster and better keep writing this is getting interesting!!!

cool, nice home style production.
a real "woodsy" feel to the song
I like the slide work, adds a down home, Louisiana swamp ambiance.
Most importantly it sounds like you guys are having a great time..!

So great to hear a bit of slide.. Guitar tone is great and has a super fee..l and I really like what your doing with the vocals with the rytmical bits..
I love the sensitivity of the last few bars as you fade out..
Reaally excellent song and recording .. and there's a lot of feeling here..

Nice strings! There's a lot of hope and sunshine in those chords, and some of the more "stereotypical" slide moments really hit the spot. The lyrics didn't work so well for me, but I enjoyed your vocal delivery regardless. I'm with Traf about the last few bars, too: there's a lotta love and sensitivity in this recording.

the percussy sounds were very subtly implemented, I really liked that. The sound of the vocals on one part around the 1.00 mark sounded very good in the mix, I liked how they came forward stylistically.

well going against ur advice, i listened to it low fi, and was like, hmm this a long time to go acapella, but then realized it was only the vocals comin through (yeah i know, you told me not to do it, but i have dial up) so after waiting my good 20 min for it to finish bufferin i took a listen.
the guitars sound really great, could use a litte more treble in my opinion, unless u were goin for more of that 'muddy' (i dont like using that word cuz it sounds bad and the tone wasn't bad at all but u know what i mean) feel. the vocals are pretty sweet as well and i like that precussive string slappin near the beginning as well. overall, sweet song man, not my usual style (but of course im sure ur not the biggest screamo fan either but that didn't stop you from leaving some nice comments on my songs, woohoo to that) nicely done mr strum (i dont know your name)

Nice guitar tone. Well played indeed, the guitar work alone made this track stand out. The vocals at around 1:00 and again at 1:40 were brilliant. Kind of wispery and still strong. I liked this a lot.

I like the guitar work on this a lot and the chorus vocals when you kinda whisper them. The end is cool and the lyrics there , "looking for the nobel smile" is a thought.

The guitars were nice i liked them. The chorus was very interesting but i feel the lyrics lacked true quality in my opinion.

your guitar sounds like a forest, like the way wood chopping sounds reminds me of the chorus. and there's trickling noises, and bluejay noises.
the slide playing is especially strong in the tune.
I like it

Lovely playing and definately an original song But I'm missing some variety I don't know, I'm not really liking the verses (vocally) but the chorus:
"Ride-in ride-in ride-in the gouse"
is just beautifully done As well vocally as musically I'd also say that the vocal effect in the intro could've been left aside I dunno, but that's my opinion. Nevertheless this is still an original track so mad props, 'cause the guitar scores are friggin good
